MAE - caprichos de mercado - is a new restaurant in the heart of La Laguna, Tenerife, specialised traditional dishes, made of fresh and organic products, served with regional wine selection. 
The design, developed through ongoing dialogue with the client, focuses on celebrating the natural materiality and simplicity. After experimenting with textures, the wicker basket, and the tone of the red wine became the main features of the identity, symbolising the ecological and raw.
